DELIVERY TO THE UK
All orders placed by 12pm are dispatched the same day. Delivery options are as follows:
- FREE delivery – delivered within 2-5 working days after dispatch.
- Express – £4.50 – delivered next working day (Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day. This service is not available on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays.)
- Saturday Delivery – £4.50 – delivered Saturday – must be ordered by 12pm Friday.
We are currently only able to offer delivery to the UK mainland via our checkout. Please contact our sales team on firstname.lastname@example.org for a custom invoice for accurate postage costs if you live outside of the mainland. We hope to make this process simpler in the future.
The quality of all items is carefully checked before shipping, however, we promise to refund any items that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in it’s saleable condition and in its original packaging, by post within 14 days of receipt of your goods.
Before returning any items please email customer services stating:
- Your name
- Order number
- which item you’d like to return
- the reason for return.
Returned products should be:
- Unworn with tags
- In the original packaging
- In a re-saleable condition
- With the packing slip

We will email you to let you know your parcel has been received and will process the refund the same day. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please note that card issuers vary in how many days they take to credit the money back to your card.
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size we are happy to post the new size out to you (if in stock) at no extra cost once the original item is returned to us. If you wish to exchange the dress for a different style then you will need to make a brand new order and we will refund you for the original order.
We are currently unable to accept immediate payment for orders that require shipping outside of the UK, however, please contact our sales department on email@example.com , stating the items you’d like to purchase, along with your name and address. We will then email you a custom invoice with the confirmed shipping costs and will place your items on hold for 24 hours, while awaiting payment. You may then pay the invoice via Paypal and dispatch will take place the same working day for payments received by 12pm GMT. International shipments are usually delivered within 2-7 working days after dispatch.
Please, be aware that all orders are shipped from the UK. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.
